紫芝孢子的现代研究
《科技日报》2000 年 12 月 15 日头版报道：《微米级灵芝孢子破壁世界难题攻克》发现
灵芝孢子所含脂质活性物质具有显著的抑瘤作用。自 1996 年学者灵芝问世迄今，历经 20
多年的医学应用及临床考验确证其有效性与安全性，学者灵芝为健康护航获得消费者的广泛

脾细胞 IL-2 的分泌、提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化增殖和增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，显著
性降低 D-氨基半乳糖所致的小鼠肝脏损害。研究结果表明，学者灵芝具有不同有效组分群，
可通过多成分多靶点模式发挥抗肿瘤作用机制，降低了单体化合物给药所致的多药耐药性和
个体差异性。学者灵芝有效组分群灵芝三萜类化合物已被证实可抑制 ATP 结合盒
（ATP-binding cassette，ABC）转运蛋白家族介导的多重耐药性，水溶性组分可增强肿瘤抗

Research Introduction ——
Modern studies on spores of Ganoderma Lucidum
It was reported on the front page of Science and Technology Daily on December 15, 2000 that the
lipid active substances contained in the spores of Ganoderma lucidum were found to have significant
anti-tumor effects in "Solving the World Problem of Micron Ganoderma lucidum Spores Breaking
Walls". Since the GURU Ganoderma lucidum came out in 1996, its effectiveness and safety have been
confirmed through more than 20 years of medical application and clinical tests. The GURU Ganoderma
lucidum has won wide praise from consumers for its health escort, and has established a good

cell cycle arrest of human liver cancer cells through endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) pathway and
inhibit tumor growth. In animal experiments, the GURU Ganoderma lucidum significantly inhibited
the growth of transplanted mouse liver cancer, significantly inhibited telomerase in liver cancer tissue,
significantly promoted the secretion of IL-2 in mouse spleen cells, enhanced the transformation and
proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes, enhanced the phagocytosis of mouse macrophages, and
significantly reduced the liver damage in mice caused by D-galactosamine. The research results show
that Ganoderma lucidum has different effective components, which can play an anti-tumor mechanism
through the multi-component and multi target mode, reducing the multi drug resistance and individual
differences caused by the administration of monomer compounds. Scholars The effective components
